In order to receive your scholarship (March) by departure, you must sign on the ledger at the designated office by March 3 (Fri.), 2017.
Note that your scholarship will be paid on April 17 (Mon.) into your bank account in case you sign on the ledger after March 6 (Mon.), 2017, .
