Dear students who have submitted Master’s thesis,

Please submit the following documents by 17:00, Feb. 23th.

  • The abstract of your Master’s thesis by PDF file
  • A letter of acceptance to publish the abstract on the web site
  • Questionnaire (for those who completed the GSGES program)
  • About the perusal and duplication of Master’s theses (inquiry)
  • Questionnaire for your future career
  • Request for Degree Certificate in English (*only foreign students)

You can send all the prescribed documents except for ‘A letter of acceptance to publish the abstract on the web site’ by e-mail (160tikyukankyoumu@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp).

Please write your signature on ‘A letter of acceptance to publish the abstract on the web site’ and submit it directly to the administration office.
