Please submit the following documents by 17:00, Feb. 22nd, 2016.

・The abstract of your Master’s thesis by PDF file

・A letter of acceptance to publish the abstract on the web site

・Request for Degree Certificate in English (*only foreign students)

・Questionnaire (for those who completed the GSGES program)

・About the perusal and duplication of Master’s theses (inquiry)

・Questionnaire for your future career

You can send all the prescribed documents except for ‘A letter of acceptance to publish the abstract on the web site’ by e-mail (160tikyukankyoumu@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp).

Please write your signature on ‘A letter of acceptance to publish the abstract on the web site’ and submit it directly to the administration office.
