“GSGES Course Registration Form” must be submitted to the GSGES office if you wish to take courses in the fall semester. (Credits cannot be awarded without the submission of course registration form). You can download the form from the GSGES website.

Please obtain a seal from your supervisor on the “GSGES Course Registration Form”
Note for the course registration:
Please refer to the GSGES Curriculum Guidelines which was given in your enrollment year to certify the completion requirements for the master’s/doctoral program.
Environmental Management Program
M: Registration of “Internship I and II”, “Seminar in Environmental Management A and B” and “Exercises in Environmental Management” shall be conducted by the GSGES office. Make sure to receive and confirm “Course Registration Confirmation Form” within the period mentioned below.
D: Registration of “Internship Program” and “Exercises in Environmental Management Ia/Ib/IIa/IIb” shall be conducted by the GSGES office. Make sure to receive and confirm “Course Registration Confirmation Form” within the period mentioned below.
Global Environmental Studies Program
D: Registration of “Advanced Exercise and Seminars in Global Environmental Studies Ia/Ib/IIa/IIb/Ⅲa/Ⅲb” shall be conducted by the GSGES office. Make sure to receive and confirm “Course Registration Confirmation Form” within the period mentioned below.
Those who wish to take courses offered by the other graduate schools at Kyoto University must submit“他研究科科目聴講願”(Takenkyu-ka kamoku choko negai = request form of auditing courses offered by the other graduate schools at Kyoto University) to the GSGES office as well. The request form can be obtained at the GSGES office.
* Course registration confirmation sheet will be handed out at the GSGES office in the middle of October. (Schedule will be posted on the GSGES bulletin board and on the GSGES website.)
*If you can NOT submit these forms during above dates, please inform the reason, your name,
Student ID number and name of your supervisor via email to the following address by October 3rd.
